Thanks for the great work

We had a mess on our hands! Our toilet didn’t flush the entire way (was told it was a soft block) and it started to fill and fill and leak. Well, unbeknown to us it leaked for hours as my husband and I were at work. My husband called me frantically explaining that it went from our upstairs bathroom down to our basement ceiling and we had water all over. Let me tell you how sick I was! I told him I wasn’t sure what to do and that I’d call him and he was going to try and figure something out. As I was mid panic asking God what do I do, I looked to my coworker and said “hey, do you think Clean USA can help me??” She said “I’m not sure why not call?”. So I did! Well thank you God! The lady who answered was so kind! I told her what was happening and I need help and I didn’t know what to do. She calmed me down and said she would send Chris out to look at what had happened. I call my husband and told him what was going on and that Chris would be out. My husband was skeptical but was willing to hear him out. Chris arrived shortly and calmed my husband down and they came up with a game plan. By the time I got home after work, Chris was ready to go, he was also very kind and told me the guys where coming to get things dried up, not to touch anything and they would take care of it all. (I was so relieved). The guys came (also so kind!) and I showed them everything and they told me not to worry and they would get it taken care of. I felt bad bc it was around 6pm and I know it’s late. They told me once again it was fine and it wouldn’t take them long. True to there words it didn’t. They have the fans going, humidifiers going and drying compound all cleaning up. Now we will have this going for a few days, but to not have to worry about black mold growing or us missing something is a huge relief bc we do have kids and pets. Wow, what an ordeal it has been with our most recent water damage that started in our bathroom and trickled down into my laundry room. We were introduced to Clean USA to help with this watery mess. Between plumbers and this team of professionals, they were very attentive to detail. Clean USA has been on top of the chaos. The level of hard work and detail is awesome. Not only did they thoroughly inspect the water damage, they documented all of the steps from their work. They have been working at our house for a few weeks and are very knowledgeable on water damage and mold issues. Chris was our first contact and he was very receptive to our needs, attentive, a great communicator and a true professional. As the work continued on, Jim the manager and his crew were on top of this mess. Great communicators, very diligent in getting the work completed each day and easy to talk to. Jim and the crew: Tyler, Jake, Mark, Omar, and Alisha were on the ball. They worked well as a team, were professional and great people all around!! We are so thankful that these folks from Clean USA were here to help us. My dog even loved seeing all of the workers on multiple days. As we are working through this ordeal, the group at Clean USA were dedicated to their work, friendly, and never left a mess behind. Top notch people from a top notch company. This team is absolutely incredible! Chris got here and was able to very quickly assess the damage to our basement after our sump pump failed and was replaced. He was thorough and clear and kind throughout the whole process. He and his teammates, Jake and Tyler, did a quick of job of getting everything cleaned up, and when we experienced another small issue afterwards, Omar and Mark came back out right away. We are so incredibly grateful they were able to help so quickly and prevent the damage from spreading further! We will definitely call them again if we ever need help (though I’m praying we don’t 😅)

Cleared out the debris under the house and cleared out sewage and sprayed everything so it is clean. Worked very hard in a very small crawl space without entering into the house. I recommend this family owned company over any corporate one.

Had a cap blow off my dishwasher drain pipe water leaked into a unused room in my basement called clean USA on Sunday they came out on Monday and cleaned everything up . The guys that came out were super nice and did a great job I would highly recommend clean USA to any one

Amazing company! They did our mold removal in our attic. Mark and Jacob were thorough, polite, and professional, so was everyone we met that came out from the estimate to picking up the fans after the job was done. Our attic looks like there was never mold there. Highly recommend this company!!

Had flooded kitchen floor that soaked through to the basement. Chris from Clean USA arrived promptly and saw what needed to be done and did it as he had told me. He put out fans and dehumidifiers both in the kitchen and the basement. He came back to check that all was going as planed, took pictures, and explained everything to me. I am very satisfied with his work and his caring manor.

Flooded basement. Called for emergency service they were here within an hour. Explained everything the team was very courteous. Cleaned and sanitized everything and got rid of wet stuff. Thanks Chris and team.

Clean USA was very efficient and where at my home less than an hour after I reported a water leak. They came back 3 days to fix the situation the leak caused in my kitchen, laundry room and hallway. I want to give 5 stars to Omar, he was the one who actually found the leak for the plumber. He worked over 7 hours in one day, cleaning up the damage the leak had caused and treating it for mold. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and overall a great guy. I am highly recommending him for a merit award. I would without a doubt recommend Clean USA to anyone and will be handling out cards to my neighbors. Thank you again for saving what could have been much more worse than what it was.

Encountered a sewage backup at one of our properties. Having never used them in the past, they responded within 2 hours and had the mess cleaned up and deodorized. Can not thank them enough.

What a terrific experience! From the Owner Chris, down to our terrific techs, Justin and Omar…this is a great company!

These guys are my heroes. Our water heater broke resulting in water all through our basement. As clueless, relatively new homeowners we didn't know where to begin with the mess. Thankfully, the plumber recommended we call Dan at Clean USA. Dan had a team ready to come out to within a couple hours and they were incredible. Chris, Mark, Jake and their team worked for HOURS well into the freezing cold night to get our basement cleaned up. They came prepared with water pumps, floor fans, dehumidifiers etc. Chris was very helpful from beginning to end, walking us through the insurance claims process and regularly updating us on their progress. Within a few days the basement was completely dry. If you find yourselves in a similarly nightmarish situation, just call Clean USA, they will take care of it thoroughly. I would give them 5 stars for their phone greeting alone.

Chris and team were very knowledgeable and clearly explained the process. they were extremely respectful of my home- laying down a floormat at the entrance, covering their shoes and covering the floors so as not to damage them.

Chris and his team showed up actually a little ahead of schedule. Preformed mold remediation in the attic of our newly purchased 20 year old townhouse. Team was clean, polite, and professional. They finished on time and with no extra cost surprises. The price quoted was what I paid.

Can not say enough good about the Clean USA crew we had, from Chris going through the house to see what needed to be addressed, to Jim keeping us in the know with what was being found that wasn't seen ,as well as what we could use to plug up holes to keep critters from coming in with the cold weather approaching. Zach did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He was timely and had me check on his work throughout the process. My disappointment comes from the office not communicating to the technician that I had requested the stairs be added on. I wanted this to be done but it was not. I had called the week prior to add this on and the message was never relayed.

My Mom, Aneeta, and I found Zach and Mark to be very thorough and helpful when they cleaned our carpets a few weeks ago. They also came by a week later to take care of a spot that needed some work. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again, in the future, for work around our house.

They did an amazing job! great customer service and moved any needed furniture with care. Carpets were very clean, smelled great, and best of all were nearly dry at the end of the service. No need for me to spend the night elsewhere for my carpets to dry. Will definitely use this service again!

From the initial call with Justin to schedule the appointment to the finish product the experience was top notch. Zach and Corina who came to the house to clean the tiles were both professional and engaging. They were very knowledgeable of the product and the process of sealing the grout. They shared tips on how to keep the tile clean and also provided a referral for re-grouting where it was needed. I woke up to water in the basement on a Sunday morning, while my husband and son were out of town. (Gutter downspout connection came apart in a big rainstorm.) In a panic, I Googled flood cleanup companies, and saw the great reviews for Clean USA and called. They were responsive, calm, and reassuring(!). They arrived quickly and got everything back in order — fast. Plus, nicest guys ever. So grateful.

Our Great.experience started with a phone call. Teresa was so very helpful explaining to us what would happen during the appointment. Zack and Mark Arrived promptly and began working on the carpeting explaining what they were going to do and spot treating the areas. Our carpeting is old But when they finished it looked Really Nice.. They were very professional and they did their job very well and explained everything as they went along. The cleaners were very quick but very thorough. I was almost embarrassed to explain the stains on my carpet but the cleaners were understanding. They also cleaned all the stains up like they were nothing. I have two cats and one dog, they definitely made my carpet look clean again.

Great company. Awesome communication. I actually thought I was trying to hire them for a project I was working on that was completely unrelated. They don't do the work that I was looking for but they took the time to call me and help me figure out what to do and who to call .
